Brooks Nader is leveling up her look.
The model has had a major year; after appearing on “Dancing With the Stars,” she and her sisters landed a Hulu reality show, “Love Thy Nader,” and she’s dipping her toe into acting with a role in the upcoming “Baywatch” reboot.
In between it all, Nader’s been making headlines on a near-daily basis with her busy love life and frequent wardrobe malfunctions, the latter of which she’s known to cheekily play up for her million-plus Instagram followers.
And now, the blond bombshell is stepping up her signature racy style with the help of Hollywood stylist Mimi Cuttrell.
“Being a little more stylish is new for me — I usually have my nipples out,” she joked. “So I’m just trying all the new things; it’s fun.”
At the Sports Illustrated soirée, for instance, Nader wowed in a “‘Pirates of the Caribbean’-inspired” shredded gown by Christian Cowan.
Cuttrell’s also been dipping into designers’ archives for her new client, pulling a vintage Roberto Cavalli cheongsam-style mini for Nader to wear to the Disney Upfronts and a body-skimming archival Versace midi with yellow piping for another Sports Illustrated Swimsuit appearance.
And on Tuesday, Nader made her Cannes Film Festival red carpet debut in a vintage strapless Georges Chakra Couture gown.
But despite her busy schedule and upgraded wardrobe, Nader is trying to “say no” to more party invites these days, due to her grueling “Baywatch” filming hours.
“I realized Day 1 when I had to jump into the ocean at 4 a.m. and train with the swim coaches: I gotta stop partying and staying out until 3 a.m. You know me, I’m a party girl,” she told us
“So I’ve had to go to bed early lately and stop drinking champagne and going out with my friends. I think that there’s a lot of power in saying no and lately, I’ve been finding my inner little hippy-dippy yoga peace and just taking care of myself, which I’ve never done before,” she added.
Whatever she’s doing is working.
