Schlepping, but make it fashion.
Katie Holmes stepped out in NYC this week carrying the Cuyana System Tote, an effortlessly chic carryall that’s got more to it than meets the eye.
While the luxe-looking bag is spacious as is, the brand also sells several snap-on inserts to completely customize it, from a zippered pouch to a laptop sleeve. (Not to mention, there are also multiple adjustable strap options.)

While the “Dawson’s Creek” actress opted for the rich brown hue, the bag comes in six other colors, from black and tan to a new terracotta option.
In addition to Holmes’ 13-inch style, the tote is also available in a 16-inch version that accommodates larger laptops.

In keeping with the brand’s quality-focused “fewer, better” philosophy, the tote comes backed by a two-year warranty.

Holmes is far from the only star obsessed with Cuyana; Martha Stewart is such a fan, she shared a seemingly unsponsored review of the Mila Satchel while en route to the Super Bowl this year.

“My new bag … it’s a game changer when you do not want to check luggage!!” she wrote of the large tote, which features a 14-inch laptop sleeve and several handy organizational compartments.
Meghan Markle’s also worn multiple Cuyana pieces over the years — including the smaller Paloma Bag — after discovering the brand through friends.
“I think it also helps that we align with being two women of color and having started this ourselves — that self-made story,” one of the brand’s founders, Shilpa Shah, once told Vogue UK.
