Henry Nowak’s sister Olivia shared emotional tributes to her brother that featured touching clips of the pair laughing and dancing together in their family home

Henry Nowak’s grieving sister has shared video tributes online, which show the then-carefree pair singing and dancing together.
Olivia Nowak, 22, said her brother Henry would be “forever 18” in a moving message shared online before adding: “I will miss and love you forever.”
Her first video tribute was shared 10 days after student Henry was fatally stabbed to death in December 2025 and was set to Coldplay’s June 2000 hit Yellow.
The 53-second clip showed Henry smiling and appearing ready to embrace the future. In one part of the clip, he was seen alongside Olivia with the pair dancing with one another in their family home in Chafford Hundred, in Essex.
Olivia has shared more videos paying tribute to her brother, including one that showed them holding hands. In another clip, Henry was seen beaming while wrapping his arm around his sister during a family holiday.
The sister said: “Never felt pain like this. Forever my best friend. Fly high my angel brother.” It is clear from the videos that the pair were close.
Toward the end of Vickrum Digwa’s trial over the December, 2025, murder, she faced him in the dock and said: “If you had known Henry, you would never have hurt him.” She was just 21 when Henry died and added: “My brother had my whole heart. He was a part of me, and I lost a part of myself when he died.
“The real pain is knowing that I’m going to miss you for longer than I got to enjoy life with you. My brother didn’t deserve to be forever 18. My brother was my first best friend from the day he was born.”
Henry was one of four siblings and moved to Southampton for university. Digwa was sentenced to life in jail with a minimum sentence of 21 years.
