Joe Jonas is preparing to say goodbye to his slice of Brooklyn.

The “Burnin’ Up” singer has put his three-bedroom, four-bath condo at the Olympia in Dumbo on the market for $6.75 million, a slight bump from the $6.5 million he paid in 2024, The Post has learned.

The corner residence occupies the 26th floor of the 33-story sail-shaped tower, with floor-to-ceiling windows delivering views of the Manhattan Bridge, the East River and the lower Manhattan skyline beyond.

At 2,654 square feet, the layout includes blonde hardwood floors throughout and floor-to-ceiling windows. The residence also boasts a “speakeasy-inspired lounge,” a chef’s kitchen with integrated Gaggenau appliances, hand-blown glass lighting by Bocci and a spa-inspired bath with a freestanding soaking tub, according to the listing.

Jonas’s listing lands at a building that has quietly become one of the more star-studded addresses on the Brooklyn waterfront.

Olympia, developed by Fortis Property Group and completed in 2024, has drawn buyers including former Brooklyn Nets guard Ben Simmons, who purchased a combined duplex there before listing it for nearly $17 million, and “Frozen” songwriting duo Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez.

The tower’s 32nd-floor penthouse even made a cameo as Denzel Washington’s fictional residence in the Spike Lee thriller “Highest 2 Lowest,” with the production’s designer previously telling The Post there may not be a more cinematic vantage point of Manhattan anywhere in the city.

Part of what makes the building a draw for famous parents in particular is its amenity package, which runs across 38,000 square feet spread over three floors.

Along with an indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness center and what’s billed as the city’s highest private outdoor tennis court, younger residents get their own dedicated wing, including a shipwreck-themed outdoor playground, a children’s playroom and a water park.

For Jonas, who shares daughters Willa and Delphine with ex-wife Sophie Turner, the kid-centric amenities made the building a natural fit during his time there.

The singer’s exit from Dumbo comes as he remains something of a constant presence on the streets of New York, regularly turning up in fan-shot clips that take off across TikTok and Instagram.

His most-watched moment arrived in December, when a passerby filmed him spending nearly seven minutes wrestling his G-Wagon into a parallel parking spot near a downtown cafe, the whole ordeal set to the Jonas Brothers’ own “Burnin’ Up.” The clip topped 11 million views, and Jonas, true to form, jumped into the comments himself, ribbing the person who filmed him for not lending a hand.

Similar sightings, from casual run-ins on Brooklyn streets to clips of him and his brothers being driven around in a pedicab, have become a steady feature of New York’s celebrity-spotting ecosystem.

The listing is held by Carl Gambino, of the Gambino Group at Compass.
