Brandi Glanville has been diagnosed with a benign facial tumor.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum opened up about her latest health scare on a recent episode of her “Brandi Glanville Unfiltered” podcast, days after revealing her parasite is back.
The growth is “in one of my lymph nodes in [her] face,” the Bravolebrity, 53, said on Thursday.
“That could be why the fluid is going around my face,” she told listeners. “I can wear makeup for, like, 15 minutes and then I have to take it off.”
Glanville went on to describe her struggles with doctors previously dismissing the tumor as “just scar tissue.”
She’d ask, “From what? I haven’t had a facelift yet.”
When Glanville saw a dermatologist specializing in cancer, her blood test “came back” with the tumor results.
The reality star, who has been battling facial disfigurement since 2023, said, “It’s been a long three years. I just want to put a ton of makeup on again, get my hair extensions. I want to have a glow-up.”
She went public with her health issues in 2024, first blaming Bravo for her “stress”-induced health woes before sharing doctors’ belief that it actually stemmed from a parasite “jump[ing] around” her face.
Glanville, who has since lost multiple teeth and spent a whopping six figures on medical costs, called the situation “worse than ever” last year.
“I’m f–king miserable,” she tweeted in March 2025. “My face is … literally melted away.”
In February of the following year, she cited ruptured breast implants as the reason behind the infection, claiming silicone leaked into her lymph nodes and clogged them.
“You really should change your implants every 10 years,” she told TMZ at the time. “I learned a really, really hard lesson.”
Earlier this month, Glanville gave her podcast listeners an update on her health battle, which was “happen[ing] again.”
“I have to give an update on my face because I got a lot of comments,” she said on June 4. “I don’t know what’s wrong with me, guys. I thought I was fixed … and now it’s sinking in again. If I had answers, I would tell you. I’ve been to a million doctors.”
She also recently made headlines for believing she contracted ringworm via oral sex.
