The Cloud23 founder, 27, continued, “I’m so happy I could celebrate you today! Thank you for being the best father in law ❤️.”

Beckham’s post about his father-in-law is in stark contrast to his current relationship with his parents.

Though Brooklyn was missing from the family get-together, David and Victoria extended an olive branch to their eldest son on in social media posts for the holiday, sharing throwback pics of Brooklyn while gushing over their “beautiful” family on Instagram.

Brooklyn has been in a bitter family feud with his own family — parents David and Victoria Beckham, as well as siblings Romeo, Cruz and Harper — which he made public with a scathing Instagram post directed at his parents in January. However, Brooklyn was reportedly “absolutely furious” over the public gesture, as he had previously asked them not to tag him in their social media posts, the UK Sun reported Monday.

“He’s fuming about it,” an insider told the outlet. “He’s asked them to leave him alone and they just keep posting him.”

“It just brings the whole thing up all over again,” the insider continued. “He wishes they’d leave it and leave him alone.”

On his Instagram Stories, Cruz posted a picture of himself looking down at his phone instead of watching the game from their suite, while David was locked in on the action on the field.

“Don’t worry it was during the advertisement break 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️,” Cruz quipped.
