Milania Giudice allegedly punched someone in the head before her assault arrest.

The 20-year-old daughter of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice appeared virtually in Montville Township Municipal Court on Tuesday, during which the judge alleged that she “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim … in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute … a disorderly person’s offense.”

Her attorney, Alan Kraminsky, appeared alongside her.

Milania was arrested for domestic violence at her mom and stepdad Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ Montville, New Jersey, home on May 14.

According to the Montville Police Department arrest report, Milania was “throwing food [and] candles” during the “domestic violence dispute.”

Teresa’s other daughter Gabriella Giudice — who was identified as the “reporting party” — called 911 just before 6:15 p.m. and said her “sister [was] acting erratically,” per police.

The report also stated that no weapons were involved and no injuries were reported.

Milania was ultimately placed under arrest with “double-locked” handcuffs and charged with one count of simple assault.

Montville Municipal Court records show she entered a not guilty plea.

Though she has not publicly addressed what preceded her arrest, the University of Tampa student did break her silence on the matter in a June 29 TikTok.

“I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but I made sure of that,” Milania boasted, mocking those who believed it was “real.”

She went on to say, “It is what it is. S–t happens in life. It is what it is. You gotta learn from it and just become a better person and talk about it.”

Milania explained she was “not in a good area in [her] life” at the time of the incident.
