There\u2019s a shock to your system from it. It\u2019ll take a sec, but we\u2019ll get there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 31-year-old described the \u201clong day\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/23\/entertainment\/summer-house-season-10-reunion-seating-chart-revealed\/\">filming the reunion<\/a> \u2014 which centered around his and co-star Amanda Batula\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/31\/celebrity-news\/summer-house-stars-amanda-batula-and-west-wilson-confirm-secret-romance-in-shocking-statement\/\">bombshell romance<\/a> \u2014 on April 23.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis one was a little less fun than normal,\u201d the Bravolebrity noted. \u201cWhat matters to me the most is these are my friends and I\u2019ve caused a lot of damage, which f\u2013king sucks.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cYou don\u2019t often get that much feedback on how your actions impact other people,\u201d the sports journalist explained. <span class=\"credit\">Show Me Something Sophie Cunningham &amp;
