Interior scenes were shot on custom-built sets,\u00a0meaning what buyers are actually acquiring is the shell of a beloved story rather than its living room.<\/p>\n<p>The property sits on a parcel framed by ancient live oaks, magnolias and pines, and the listing was candid about its condition, offering it as-is while suggesting the land and location are the true assets.
