college.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">He told the police she would visit his house \u201ctwo to three times a week\u201d to have sex with him between June and October 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The documents state that the alleged \u201crelationship\u201d halted after she headed to Bellevue College in Washington state but the pair rekindled when she returned home a month later.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">During this gap, Kitiona allegedly sent the boy explicit photos and videos where he claims she was \u201chead to toe clean, naked.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The court documents also state that she allegedly encouraged him to send over nude images of himself, including when he was in the shower.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The age of consent in Utah is 18-years-old.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Kitiona was delivered the charges two months after she played for the Samoan national women\u2019s football team during their World Cup qualifying campaign in February.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">She has been charged with distributing material harmful to a minor and three counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor while under the age of 21.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\"
