vaginoplasty.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut then I had to commit to the bit,\u201d Mollen, 47, joked while chatting with us Wednesday night at the Cinema Society screening of \u201cInfluenced\u201d in New York City.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Jenny Mollen (pictured above in 2024) told Page Six that she recently underwent elective href=\"https:\/\/www.plasticsurgery.org\/cosmetic-procedures\/aesthetic-genital-plastic-surgery\/vaginoplasty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American Society of Plastic Surgeons<\/a>\u00a0describes\u00a0vaginoplasty (also known as posterior colporrhaphy), as \u201ca procedure designed to tighten the vagina<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI noticed, \u2018Why is everyone\u2019s vagina so even?&#8217;\u201d Mollen said of her thought process going into the procedure, admitting she was comparing her \u201cuneven vagina\u201d to other females.<\/p>\n<p>The actress confessed in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DYCp0DENYlw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram post published Thursday<\/a> that her lady parts made her \u201csomewhat insecure\u201d when she noticed that one of her \u201cvagina lips is longer than the other, like \u2026 not even.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just want to have, like, a really cute, basic vagina,\u201d she told her followers. \u201cIt\u2019s sort of now become, I don\u2019t know, something that I think about when I\u2019m just like out and about.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Mollen explained that her labia lips were \u201cuneven.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">jennymollen\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>She admitted that it became something she would think about when she was \u201cjust out and about.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">jennymollen\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Mollen underwent the surgery after other celebs, like Jada Pinkett Smith, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/10\/20\/kim-zolciak-gets-vaginal-rejuvenation-surgery-amid-kroy-biermann-divorce\/\">Kim Zolciak<\/a> and Brandi Glanville, all copped up to similar vaginal rejuvenation procedures.<\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t the first time she\u2019s been open about her elective surgeries, however.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cAngel\u201d alum candidly revealed in a series of Instagram videos in 2024 that she and her mother, Peggy, had gone to Dr. Oren Tepper for<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/05\/10\/style\/jason-biggs-wife-jenny-mollen-reveals-plastic-surgery\/\"> some nips and tucks.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>At the time, Mollen shared footage of herself entering the operating room topless before being put under for surgery.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image class=\"credit\">jennymollen\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The mother of two underwent everything from a breast lift to chin liposuction, to fat taken from her knee area and transferred under her eyes to minimize dark circles and give her a more youthful look.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo!\u201d she exclaimed.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Mollen joked to Page Six that her husband, Jason Biggs (pictured together here in 2025), didn\u2019t notice a difference following her latest procedure. <span doing a lot of travel <a href=\"https:\/\/substack.com\/@jennymollenbiggs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">writing for her Substack<\/a>, which she loves.<\/p>\n<p>Other celebs at Wednesday\u2019s screening and after-party, held at chic private club Doubles, included Jill Kargman, Christine Taylor, Justin Bartha, Laura Bell Bundy, and David Krumholtz, along with Paul Giamatti, Shawn Levy, Titus
