In January 2024, the Bravolebrity appeared on <a href=\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/going-deeper-with-tom-schwartz-and-tom-sandoval\/id1448210981?i=1000643489358&amp;at=1001l3bo9&amp;ct=93051X1547100X4a14ff2a686d52c82b268f393264b8ac\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an episode of the \u201cViall Files\u201d podcast<\/a> where he claimed he made his ex an all-cash offer of $3.1 million to buy the home. <\/p>\n<p>However, Madix turned him down. Instead, she took him to court and <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/01\/05\/entertainment\/ariana-madix-sues-ex-tom-sandoval-to-force-the-sale-of-the-house-they-still-live-in\/\">sued him to force the sale of the house<\/a> so they could split the proceeds.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Sandoval (pictured above looking stressed) claimed he once offered Madix $3.1 million in an all-cash offer to buy the house from her. <span class=\"credit\">Everybody Loves Tom Podcast<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>However, Madix (pictured above posing in a fur coat) refused his offer and took him court to force the sale of the house. <span class=\"credit\">arianamadix\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>At the time, the \u201cLove Island\u201d host said in a February 2024 episode of \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d that she didn\u2019t want to sell to Sandoval because he \u201cbroke the home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe f\u2013ked all of this up.
