A Lenawee County jury in Ohio returned the guilty verdict following a trial lasting several weeks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Jurors were presented with a vast array of evidence, including Warner&#8217;s police interview, witness testimony, and the findings of investigators. Jo Shaw, 35, and her former partner Ryan Kelly, 41, are reported to have died in an explosion at a property on Sterncourt Road, after Kelly allegedly forced his way inside with an &#8220;explosive device.&#8221; Authorities are understood to be treating the break-in and deaths as a homicide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Neighbours told the <a target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"\">Mirror<\/a> that Kelly, who had a previous conviction linked to a drug gang, arrived at the address carrying what they described as a &#8220;grenade,&#8221; which detonated and killed them both. <a target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/avon-and-somerset-police\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"\">Avon and Somerset Police<\/a> confirmed that officers received a call from someone inside the property at 6:17am, reporting a domestically-related incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The caller stated that a man known to them had forced his way into the house. At around 6:30am, police were informed that the man was &#8220;believed to be in possession of an explosive device.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Approximately 2 minutes later, an explosion occurred. Officers arrived at the scene at 6:34am, with fire and ambulance services following shortly afterwards. While formal identification has not yet been completed, police believe the woman to be Shaw and the man to be Kelly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Three other people, including the individual who initially reported the domestic incident, were treated for minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment. Neighbour Stuart Blanchard told the Mirror: &#8220;The partner&#8217;s gone there in a crazy state. It wasn&#8217;t Jo&#8217;s house, it was her parents&#8217;, she just lived there.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;She had split up with him, and I think she moved there to escape from him,&#8221; he added. &#8220;She had been complaining to the police for some time before this incident, and he had been harassing her.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;I&#8217;d heard the shouting before while having breakfast, something like &#8216;get out, get out&#8217;, but there&#8217;s something every week in this area so I didn&#8217;t go out,&#8221; he added.
