<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/video\/the-white-lotus-season-4-cast-revealed\/\">joining \u201cWhite Lotus\u201d Season 4<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The duo was named in a Monday <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DYNavgFmXc6\/?hl=en&amp;img_index=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">casting announcement via Instagram<\/a>, alongside Swedish-speaking actor Pekka Strang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNew company is on the way,\u201d read the social media upload. \u201c#TheWhiteLotus\u00a0season 4 welcomes Ben Kingsley, Max Minghella and Pekka Strang.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure headshot of Kingsley, an 82-year-old Oscar winner known for roles in \u201cGandhi,\u201d \u201cSchindler\u2019s List\u201d and more.<\/p>\n<p>As for Minghella, the 40-year-old portrayed Nick Blaine on \u201cThe Handmaid\u2019s Tale\u201d from 2017 to 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Strang, for his part, is a Finnish star who recently acted in Netflix\u2019s \u201cThe Last Kingdom Seven Kings Must Die\u201d in 2023.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Max Minghella (pictured above in June 2025) of \u201cThe Handmaid\u2019s Tale\u201d has also latest installment of the series is currently filming in France.<\/p>\n<p>The star-studded cast also includes Max Greenfield, Heather Graham, Kumail Nanjiani, Rosie Perez and more stars.<\/p>\n<p>Helena Bonham Carter, notably, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/25\/entertainment\/helena-bonham-carter-exits-the-white-lotus-days-into-filming-season-4\/\">exited the show<\/a> nine days after production began.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Season 4 is currently filming in France. <span class=\"credit\">Fabio Lovino\/HBO<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Other cast members include Rosie and director Mike White.<\/p>\n<p>The filmmaker, 55, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/05\/entertainment\/helena-bonham-carter-exited-the-white-lotus-after-this-demand-from-mike-white-report\/\">asked Carter for a more \u201cboisterous performance,\u201d<\/a> according to Variety.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Helena Bonham Carter (pictured above in May 2024) Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cHBO, the producers and Mike White are saddened that they won\u2019t get to work with her, but remain ardent fans and very much hope to work with the legendary actress on another project soon,\u201d the statement concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Carter, who was playing a washed-out star chasing a comeback, has since been <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/28\/entertainment\/the-white-lotus-casts-laura-dern-to-replace-helena-bonham-carter-after-sudden-exit\/\">replaced by Laura Dern<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We confirmed the \u201cBig Little Lies\u201d star, 59, is not taking over Carter\u2019s part, with White writing Dern her own character instead.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async
