Woods is seen here playing golf in December 2025. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Prosecutors agreed to the request, which Judge Darren Steele signed off on before granting the state\u2019s motion and ending the hearing.<\/p>\n<p>On the afternoon of March 27, Woods was involved in a rollover car crash near his Jupiter Island home.<\/p>\n<p>He was driving his Land Rover when he attempted to pass a utility pressure cleaner truck and allegedly <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/27\/celebrity-news\/tiger-woods-arrested-and-charged-with-dui-in-florida-car-crash\/\">clipped the back end of the truck\u2019s trailer<\/a>, causing his car to roll.<\/p>\n<p>Woods, who did not sustain any injuries in the accident, was forced to crawl out of his vehicle.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The judge granted prosecutors\u2019 subpoena requesting Woods\u2019 medical records, including information about prescription drugs. Woods is seen here golfing in February 2025. <span class=\"credit\">TGL Golf via Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Responding officers <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/02\/celebrity-news\/hiccuping-tiger-woods-fails-sobriety-test-questions-dui-arrest-in-new-police-video\/\">observed \u201csigns of impairment\u201d<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/31\/celebrity-news\/tiger-woods-caught-with-pills-in-his-pocket-during-dui-arrest-authorities-say\/\">\u201clocated two white pills inside [his] left side pant pocket,\u201d<\/a> which were \u201crevealed to be hydrocodone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Though Woods passed a breathalyzer test, he failed the field sobriety tests and \u201crefused a urinalysis,\u201d leading to misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence, causing damage to property or a person, and refusal to submit to a lawful breath, blood or urine test.
