Hayden was standing across the room and I had a phone in my hand and I said, \u2018Hayden I\u2019ll give you 10 seconds to run as fast as you can before I throw it at you,&#8217;\u201d he recalled.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWho wants to read something about themselves, right?\u201d he admitted about reading her memoir. \u201cBut you gotta be vulnerable and I did it. I did it, so.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Hickerson told TMZ the incident was when he was drunk and told her she had 10 seconds to run before he threw his phone at her. In April 2021, he was sentenced to 45 days in county jail. <span class=\"credit\">TETON COUNTY SHERIFF\u00e2S OFFICE<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Hickerson said he misses Panettiere \u201cevery day\u201d and that \u201cof course\u201d he thought about getting back together with her.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI went into such a dark place, man, drugs, alcohol,\u201d he recalled of their time together. \u201cGood God, almighty, she\u2019s five foot two on paper, four foot 11 in real life. I mean, come on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In April 2021, Hickerson was<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2021\/04\/21\/hayden-panettieres-ex-brian-hickerson-sentenced-to-45-days-in-jail\/\"> sentenced to 45 days in county jail<\/a> after pleading no contest to two felony counts of injuring a spouse or girlfriend. I\u2019ve always seen myself as such a resilient and strong woman. The idea that I could allow something like this to happen to me blew my mind.
