yellow opal necklace and gold chain with an engraved dog tag on the end, featuring a shoutout to her beau.<\/p>\n<p>The slightly-obscured diamond-trimmed pendant was engraved with a \u201cG\u201d and and Rob Lowe\u2019s wife of 35 years \u2014 re-posted Hadid\u2019s pic, sharing a closer pic at the pendant as well as the opal necklace, aptly named the <a href=\"https:\/\/sheryllowejewelry.com\/products\/14k-gold-ethiopian-opal-gigi-knotted-necklace-18\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-nyp-affiliate=\"true\">Gigi Knotted Necklace<\/a> ($2,200).<\/p>\n<p>Hadid\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/sheryllowejewelry.com\/products\/custom-engravable-14k-dog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-nyp-affiliate=\"true\">custom
