first child, debuting her bump on Day 3 of the Cannes Film Festival 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Palvin is photographed holding her bump while sporting a stunning light blue dress, with Sprouse looking dapper beside her.<\/p>\n<p>The two were even seen looking cozy before they posed on a staircase.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Barbara didn\u2019t <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2018\/11\/14\/dylan-sprouse-is-barbara-palvins-first-boyfriend-in-six-years\/\">start dating<\/a> until the following year.<\/p>\n<p>After the bash, Palvin followed Sprouse on Instagram and he slid into her DMs \u2014 but didn\u2019t hear back from her for six months.<\/p>\n<p>The duo ultimately went out after \u201cthree months of talking,\u201d with Palvin flying to China to meet Sprouse.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[We had] our first kiss, after [she] horked down a third of my burrito,\u201d the \u201cSuite Life on Deck\u201d alum later <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/B8uJdEehNkJ\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shared with Vogue<\/a> of their first date.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The pair started dating the following year. <span class=\"credit\">GC Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The duo went on their first date in China \u2014 and moved in together within months. <span class=\"credit\">GC Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Palvin joked that she needed to \u201ctake control\u201d by asking Sprouse to \u201ckiss [her] or what?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>By January 2019, the duo were living together in Brooklyn, New York \u2014 even before Palvin, 32, met her partner\u2019s twin brother, Cole Sprouse.<\/p>\n<p>Although Dylan, 33, proposed three years later, he waited until a June 2023 <a href=\"https:\/\/vmagazine.com\/article\/sprouses-to-be-with-barbara-palvin-and-dylan-sprouse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">V Magazine interview<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/06\/15\/dylan-sprouse-girlfriend-barbara-palvin-engaged-after-5-years-of-dating\/\">confirm the engagement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image
