Demi Moore has become empowered by her personal philosophies surrounding body image after years of intense scrutiny at the outset of her iconic movie career.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Substance\u201d star<\/a> \u2014 who recently sparked concern with her slender, ultra-toned appearance<\/a> at the Cannes Film Festival<\/a> this week \u2014 has addressed those past pressures a number of times in candid interviews.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have a greater appreciation for all that my body has been through that brought me to now,\u201d Moore, now 63, told People <\/a>in 2025. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt doesn\u2019t mean that sometimes I look in the mirror and don\u2019t go, \u2018Oh God, I look old,\u2019 or \u2018Oh, my face is falling\u2019 \u2014 I do,\u201d she continued. \u201cBut I can accept that that\u2019s where I\u2019m at today<\/a>, and I know the difference today is that it doesn\u2019t define my value or who I am.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
