{"id":229,"date":"2026-04-29T22:05:30","date_gmt":"2026-04-29T22:05:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/lorenzo-lamas-breaks-silence-on-heather-locklear-romance\/"},"modified":"2026-04-29T22:05:30","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T22:05:30","slug":"lorenzo-lamas-breaks-silence-on-heather-locklear-romance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/lorenzo-lamas-breaks-silence-on-heather-locklear-romance\/","title":{"rendered":"Lorenzo Lamas breaks silence on Heather Locklear romance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/04\/126652625.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Lorenzo Lamas gushed over his relationship with Heather Locklear, weeks after <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/10\/celebrity-news\/heather-locklear-and-lorenzo-lamas-are-dating\/\">news of the pair\u2019s romance<\/a> broke. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI mean, I\u2019ve been through a lot of trial and error, and she is the most amazing woman that I think I\u2019ve ever met,\u201d the TV star <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/entertainment\/lorenzo-lamas-finds-happiness-heather-locklear-after-years-trial-error\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told Fox News Digital <\/a>in an interview published Wednesday. <\/p>\n<p>When asked by the outlet if he saw the relationship coming to fruition -\u2014 decades after first meeting the \u201cMelrose Place\u201d actress \u2014 Lamas said, \u201cThe short answer is no.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lamas, 68, also told the outlet that his faith helped him find true love with Locklear, 64. \u201cWith Jesus Christ in your life, you can accomplish anything,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Lorenzo Lamas broke his silence on his romance with Heather Locklear in a new interview. They\u2019re pictured above in November 2025.  <span class=\"credit\">Facebook \/ World&#8217;s Largest Disco<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s no problem or event or anything that can compare to the strength that you feel when you know you\u2019re following Christ \u2026 even in the darkest of times, we always have the Lord to lean on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lamas and Locklear first met when the former was starring in \u201980s prime-time soap \u201cFalcon Crest,\u201d and the latter was in \u201cDynasty,\u201d over four decades ago.<\/p>\n<p>In 1983, the duo posed for a Playgirl magazine cover, with the bombshell actress rocking a skin-baring red bikini and Lamas donning an equally revealing black Speedo. Lamas <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/lorenzolamas\/status\/1996676973314429025?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shared a throwback image<\/a> of the cover via X in December.<\/p>\n<p>In the steamy shot, Locklear stood in front of Lamas as she rested her arm on his bare shoulder behind her. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Locklear and Lamas first met in 1983, when the pair posed together on the cover of Playgirl magazine. Side note, speedos on request only,\u201d Lamas <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/lorenzolamas\/status\/1996676973314429025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">captioned the upload<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>On April 10, TMZ revealed that the couple has been <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/10\/celebrity-news\/heather-locklear-and-lorenzo-lamas-are-dating\/\">dating since late 2025<\/a>, celebrating the New Year together with a Las Vegas getaway. <\/p>\n<p>The outlet shared photos of Locklear and Lamas celebrating at Barry\u2019s Steakhouse in the Circa Resort &amp; Casino at the time, where the couple was said to have had a romantic private dinner.  <\/p>\n<p>Insiders told the outlet that the couple intended to introduce their adult children to each other \u2014 Locklear shares daughter Ava Sambora with ex Richie Sambora, while Lamas shares children A.J. and Shayne with late publicist Michele Smith; daughters Victoria, Isabella and Alexandra, with model Shauna Sand; and Paton with actress Daphne Ashbrook.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The couple began dating in late 2025, and celebrated the New Year together in Las Vegas (above.) <span class=\"credit\">TMZ<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>TMZ reported on April 15 that Locklear recently met Lamas\u2019 kids and grandchildren. A source divulged to the outlet that  \u201ceveryone had a blast.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, in a since-deleted X post, Lamas shared another pic from the 1983 photoshoot, showing the pair in an intimate embrace. <\/p>\n<p>\u201c100 years ago.
