Family Law Group, told us.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce (seen here on May 15) will have to consider their estate disparities if they sign a prenuptial agreement before they say \u201cI do.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">ZUMAPRESS.com<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Page Six exclusively spoke with attorney Sarah Luetto about how Swift and Kelce (seen here on May 17) could handle the legal arraignment.  <span class=\"credit\">Elder Ordonez\/INSTARimages<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>The lawyer, who does not represent either party, explained that some agreements also entail the wealthier person \u201cgifting or transmuting a portion of their estate to the community or to the other party\u2019s separate property.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This would allow \u201ceach party to maintain investments and assets during the marriage,\u201d Luetto said, adding, \u201cThe amounts transmuted or gifted often increase over time, reflecting the duration of the marriage.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>While there are major disparities between Swift and Kelce\u2019s respective estates, we\u2019re told that they both hold intellectual property and other assets that are \u201cinherently difficult to value and divide in a dissolution of marriage.\u201d <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Their prenup might state that Swift will \u201cpay all of the couple\u2019s living expenses,\u201d the lawyer said of singer and athlete (seen here on May 16).  <span class=\"credit\">GC Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Swift (seen here with Kelce on May 16) could also \u201cgift\u201d a portion of her estate to him.  <span class=\"credit\">GC Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cGiven the complexities of their respective estates \u2014 and the lengths Swift has gone to in order to <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/05\/30\/entertainment\/taylor-swift-announces-she-bought-back-her-masters-with-heartfelt-note-to-fans-bursting-into-tears\/\">buy back her masters<\/a> and protect her music catalog \u2014 it is likely that any prenuptial agreement would keep their respective estates entirely separate, regardless of any efforts made by either party to enhance the other\u2019s estate during the marriage,\u201d Luetto said. <\/p>\n<p>The arrangement would make a dissolution \u201cmuch simpler\u201d with both \u201cretraining their own estate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Their agreement may also include terms that would not prevent them from entering into joint ventures or purchasing assets jointly.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The pop star (seen here with Kelce in 2025) may include terms about entering into joint ventures.  <span class=\"credit\">Travis Kelce\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The couple (seen here in 2025) could also use the agreement for privacy purposes.  <span class=\"credit\">Travis Kelce\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThey would simply need to clarify their ownership interests in any jointly held assets on a case-by-case basis,\u201d Luetto explained. <\/p>\n<p>The fact that they each have multiple residences in different states is another factor, as they might consider whether to include choice-of-law provisions \u2014 clauses in a contract that state which jurisdiction\u2019s laws will be interpreted and enforced if there\u2019s a dispute \u2014 in their prenup. <\/p>\n<p>Swift <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/lifestyle\/all-of-taylor-swifts-houses\/\">owns homes in New York City<\/a>, Rhode Island, Nashville and Los Angeles. <\/p>\n<p>Kelce, for his part, has properties in Leawood, Kansas and Kansas City, MO.
