Clemens, Michigan,\u00a0according to a police report obtained by TMZ Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Per officers, she admitted to having consumed alcohol hours earlier, and her breathalyzer test resulted in a .204 blood alcohol content level, which is above the state\u2019s 0.8 legal limit.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Kim Scott (seen here in a mugshot) allegedly slurred her words and blew nearly three times the legal limit when she was arrested in Mt.
