In the alarming video, Nikki, 50, slept on a hospital bed with both of her arms bandaged up. Myrna said the surgery lasted seven hours, and that a team of 25 people worked on the reality star.<\/p>\n<p>Originally, Nikki \u2014 whose real name is Nicole Sanders \u2014 was supposed to undergo a triple bypass surgery, but she ended up needing to have quadruple bypass surgery.<\/p>\n<p>An emotional Myrna shared that Nikki had to be put on a breathing machine after surgery, and told fans that she started a GoFundMe to help cover Nikki\u2019s living expenses.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201c90 Day Fianc\u00e9\u201d star Nikki Exotica underwent emergency quadruple bypass surgery, her mother, Myrna, shared in an Instagram video Tuesday. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@nikkiexotika<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Myrna said the intense surgery took seven hours and that a team of 25 people worked on the reality star. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@nikkiexotika<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s gonna be out for a while and she needs help,\u201d Myrna said, fighting back tears.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/help-nicole-heal-after-triple-bypass-surgery?attribution_id=8ed682d7-3f70-4596-8a5b-fcf2f1f125b4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">her GoFundMe<\/a>, Myrna shared that her daughter had been experiencing chest pain, heartburn, shortness of breath, and difficulty while walking and exercising, and went to multiple doctors to find out what was wrong.<\/p>\n<p>Though she was given a clean bill of health, Nikki \u2014 who\u2019s a singer \u2014 nearly collapsed onstage while performing.<\/p>\n<p>Myrna said Nikki then suffered a mild heart attack a few days ago and was hospitalized. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDoctors performed an angiogram and discovered that her arteries were severely calcified and blocked,\u201d she wrote. \u201cUnfortunately, they were unable to perform an angioplasty or place stents because the blockages were too extensive.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Nikki has previously suffered health complications from undergoing cosmetic surgery procedcures. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@nikkiexotika<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Nikki, 50, is also a singer and actress. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@nikkiexotika<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>She added, \u201cThank God Nicole has good health insurance to cover this procedure, so we are not asking for help with her medical bills! We are raising funds to help cover Nicole\u2019s rent, monthly bills, living expenses, and recovery needs while she is unable to work and get back on her feet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Just two weeks before her surgery, Nikki <a href=\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/nikki-exotika-i-almost-died-she-gets-real-and-opens\/id1679701862?i=1000768783437\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">appeared on the \u201cUndressed with Pol\u2019 and Patrik\u201d podcast <\/a>and talked about surviving previous near-death experiences <a href=\"https:\/\/katv.com\/news\/entertainment\/90-day-fiance-star-is-home-after-a-complicated-surgery-caused-excessive-bleeding\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tied to her cosmetic surgeries.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt changes you to see what\u2019s really important in life,\u201d she said. \u201cWhen you almost die, everything becomes real.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nikki also said she believed some online trolls were \u201cwaiting\u201d for her to die.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>She appeared on season 10 of \u201c90 Day Fianc\u00e9.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">TLC<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>TLC cameras followed Nikki as she went to Moldova to visit her then-fianc\u00e9, Igor. But Igor broke up with her after filming via a text message. <span class=\"credit\">TLC<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI think there were people waiting for me to croak,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Nikki appeared on \u201c90 Day Fianc\u00e9\u201d season 10, which followed her traveling to Moldova to be with her now ex-fianc\u00e9, Igor. The two met on a website in 2006.<\/p>\n<p>During the season, Igor brutally admitted to Nikki that he was not physically attracted to her, and that he struggled with her being a trans woman. After filming, he broke up with her in a text message in February 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Still, Nikki said she still had feelings for Igor on her recent podcast appearance, noting, \u201cI don\u2019t want to be with anybody else. He was my true love.
