Teller recalled telling his team that he wasn\u2019t interested in that form of press, \u201cBecause I\u2019m reading this and this doesn\u2019t sound like me to me. \u201cI can see why he\u2019d be cautious after that experience,\u201d one user wrote on X. \u201cMisquotes can be really damaging to someone\u2019s reputation.\u201d<\/p>\n
Following the 2015 expose, Teller slammed the publication online, and wrote that they \u201ccouldn\u2019t be more wrong\u201d about the title bestowed upon him.<\/p>\n
\u201cMiles Teller is on a quest for greatness (with a bit of d\u2014ishness too,)\u201d Esquire tweeted at the time.<\/p>\n
He responded, \u201c@esquire couldn\u2019t be more wrong. I don\u2019t think there\u2019s anything cool or entertaining about being a d-\u2014 or an a\u2014ole. Very misrepresenting.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
