K. Michelle is sounding off on her fractured friendship with Porsha Williams.<\/p>\n
\u201cI feel like even coming in, that\u2019s who she is,\u201d K. Michelle said of Williams. \u201cThat\u2019s why I was already skeptical about even walking in \u2014 period.\u201d<\/p>\n
Although Williams introduced K. Michelle to the \u201cRHOA\u201d cast this season, the musician claimed she never needed the reality star to secure a spot on the Bravo series.<\/p>\nK. Michelle stopped by the Page Six studio (as seen above) to chat with \u201cVirtual Reali-Tea\u201d about her experience filming \u201cThe Real Housewives of Atlanta\u201d Season 17. That wasn\u2019t about you,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n
K. Michelle shared that she initially hoped to enter the group alongside castmate Angela Oakley after the two began developing a friendship off-camera.<\/p>\n
\u201cI actually wanted to be brought in by Angela because we had started to form a relationship and I wanted to be brought in by Angela,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Still, K. Michelle decided to give Williams the benefit of the doubt due to their history together.<\/p>\nK. Michelle has explained on \u201cRHOA\u201d that she feels some of her castmates \u2014 notably, Williams \u2014 have been \u201cplotting against\u201d her. I\u2019m going to go in with an open mind and I\u2019m going to watch for myself the behavior,\u2019\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n
According to K. Michelle, what she observed only confirmed her suspicions.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd the behavior is as I thought,\u201d she claimed. \u201cIt\u2019s the behavior of being very well PR\u2019ed up, knowing how to talk at this point and basically knowing how to sit there and smile and deal with that.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cBut also knowing what you\u2019re doing and thinking you\u2019re the producer,\u201d she continued. \u201cI could never be produced. You will never yo-yo me. You\u2019re never going to produce me.\u201d<\/p>\nK. Michelle entered \u201cRHOA\u201d via Williams, but chose to distance herself from the latter shortly after cameras started rolling. Michelle accused Williams of making a cryptic joke about oysters during a cast dinner on the group\u2019s Dallas trip.<\/p>\n
K. Michelle told \u201cVirtual Reali-Tea\u201d she believed the comment was a subtle attempt to embarrass her over longstanding online rumors about her vaginal hygiene.<\/p>\n
The singer also alleged that Williams, alongside Phaedra Parks and Drew Sidora, were not genuinely interested in forming authentic friendships with her.<\/p>\n
Instead, K. Michelle said she naturally gravitated toward building bonds with castmates Kelli Ferrell, Shamea Morton, Pinky Cole and Oakley.<\/p>\nThe musician previously starred in \u201cLove & Hip Hop: Atlanta\u201d before becoming a \u201cReal Housewife.\u201d Brian Zak\/Page Six<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\u201cI just feel like I didn\u2019t come in like people expected,\u201d the singer, seen performing in May, said of her approach to the new reality TV format. While K. Michelle and Williams once publicly supported one another, it appears their friendship has officially soured \u2014 and viewers are now watching the fallout play out on-screen.<\/p>\n
