with an<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/28\/celebrity-news\/shia-labeouf-arrested-again-in-new-orleans-on-battery-charge-report\/\"> alleged altercation that took place during Mardi Gras<\/a> in New Orleans in February.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwltv.com\/article\/news\/crime\/shia-labeouf-charged-after-mardi-gras-brawl-court-records-show\/289-182a6d79-6aa9-4cd9-85e1-86884d6a414f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">According to WWL Louisiana<\/a>, Thursday court records show that the Orleans Parish District Attorney\u2019s Office charged the \u201cEven Stevens\u201d alum, 39, with three counts of simple battery. <\/p>\n<p>The misdemeanor charges come months after NOPD officers were called to New Orleans party spot R Bar, a little before 1 a.m. on Feb. 17.<\/p>\n<p>Staff claimed <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/17\/celebrity-news\/inebriated-shia-labeouf-arrested-after-terrorizing-new-orleans-in-mardi-gras-bar-crawl\/\">that the \u201cTransformers\u201d actor had become combative<\/a> as the night went on. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Shia LaBeouf (pictured here in his mug shot) has been wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>LaBeouf \u2014 who had reportedly been partying in the Big Easy all weekend \u2014 allegedly refused to leave and became increasingly aggressive when the bar manager tried to remove him.  <\/p>\n<p>According to investigators, several people physically restrained the movie star until officers arrived on the scene. <\/p>\n<p>Footage from the altercation showed the \u201cFury\u201d actor\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/19\/celebrity-news\/shia-labeouf-allegedly-hurled-gay-slurs-during-bar-brawl-arrest\/\">using gay slurs<\/a>\u00a0before<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/18\/celebrity-news\/shia-labeouf-caught-head-butting-man-in-heated-confrontation-in-distressing-video\/\">\u00a0head-butting one of the men<\/a>\u00a0involved.<\/p>\n<p>Per the police report, one patron suffered a potentially dislocated nose during the fight, despite telling LaBeouf that he didn\u2019t want to fight him. the city.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/17\/celebrity-news\/inebriated-shia-labeouf-arrested-after-terrorizing-new-orleans-in-mardi-gras-bar-crawl\/#\"\/>TMZ later obtained footage\u00a0of LaBeouf, shirtless, and receiving treatment from paramedics after the alleged altercation.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cHoles\u201d star appeared in court\u00a0on Feb. 26\u00a0and was\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/26\/celebrity-news\/shia-lebeouf-ordered-to-attend-rehab-pay-100k-bond-after-drunken-mardi-gras-bar-fight\/\">released on $100,000 bond<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He was also seen<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/18\/celebrity-news\/shia-labeouf-mocks-his-arrest-as-he-dances-with-jail-paperwork-in-his-mouth\/\">\u00a0mocking his own arrest<\/a>\u00a0by <\/a>to explain what happened.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ll be honest with you, big gay people are scary to me,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4K9RDZg4y7o\" target=\"_blank\"
