Holly\u2019s gone into fashion. Tilly\u2019s studying at university for her degree. Tana and I came from a family with no degrees.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tana has also credited their big-family upbringing for helping the couple navigate life with six children.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m one of four, Gordon\u2019s one of four, so it\u2019s sort of second nature to me,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Gordon Ramsay with his family at the the 2016 BAFTA. <span class=\"credit\">Justin Goff Photos\/Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>But if there is one place Ramsay still loses patience, it is in the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>When Fox News Digital asked what mistake continues to make him crazy after years of judging aspiring cooks, Ramsay didn\u2019t hesitate.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe one mistake I see over and over that drives me insane, they think\u00a0seasoning food should be done\u00a0at the end,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Ramsay during dinner service on his show \u201cHells Kitchen.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">FOX Image Collection via Getty I<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cWhen you season food, beginning small, middle small and correct the seasoning at the end. Don\u2019t wait until it\u2019s cooked before you start seasoning. Food needs to be cooked with seasoning, not ignored for 90% of the journey.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ramsay also opened up about what keeps him hooked on competition television after decades in the business \u2014 the chaos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI get so excited when that mixture becomes real with social media stars, amateurs and then professionals, because they rub each other up the wrong way and, so, that creates friction even before I get into the mix,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThen the intensity with a grab from that platform.
