This happened after Stevens was struck off as a lawyer after she was convicted of failing to pay \u00a360.91 at a Harvester.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">She has failed to appear at court on at least nine occasions and is currently the subject of four arrest warrants. The video of the tense exchange comes without sound, so it is not possible to understand what was being discussed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The couple, according to restaurant staff, allegedly fled after scoffing prawn cocktail, breaded mushrooms and two roast chicken dinners with extra lamb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">They also drank two cokes, an orange juice and a medium glass of pinot wine. Landlord Ken Todd, of The Castle Inn in Little Wakering, Essex, said previously: &#8220;For the sake of \u00a362, if they came in and were starving I&#8217;d just give them the food. A family friend claimed Stevens fled to France earlier this year after failing to appear before the courts despite pleas from her family to stay. She denies the offences and is due to face trial later this year. Stevens and partner-in-crime Daniel Alani were first probed by police in connection with a dine and dash incident where regulars stopped a couple fleeing a pub without paying their \u00a362 bill.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Steve Yeung, of The Pearl Dragon restaurant, in Eastern Esplanade, also claimed the pair had fled a \u00a3127 bill.
