She was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">A man in his 30s has since been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody for questioning, police said in a statement. We will always love you and miss you, love all your family xx.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">A family friend later told the <a target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk\/news\/greater-manchester-news\/woman-centre-rochdale-murder-investigation-34011861\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"\"><u>Manchester Evening News<\/u> <\/a>that Keeley was \u201clike a sister\u201d to her, adding &#8220;She was the best friend anyone could ask for. I&#8217;m going to miss her so much, she will always be in my heart.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Tributes to Keeley have also poured in on social media. I would like to reassure you that we believe this to be an isolated incident, which does not pose any further risk to the wider public.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">He added: &#8220;We understand the severity of events such as this, and whilst we are in very early stages, our officers will work tirelessly to establish the full details of this tragic death.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;A scene will remain in place at this time, and there will be an increased police presence in the area over the coming days.
