He was previously married to P.J. Soles from 1978 to 1983 and Meg Ryan from 1991 to 2001.<\/p>\n<p>Quaid and Ryan, 64, share one son, \u201cThe Boys\u201d actor Jack Quaid, who recently <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/21\/celebrity-news\/dennis-quaid-and-meg-ryans-son-jack-marries-the-boys-co-star-claudia-doumit\/\">tied the knot with co-star Claudia Doumit<\/a> in Australia.
