And I\u2019m always on time, you know, and annoying. But she\u2019s late, and she had a red convertible, I remember, and she\u2019d drive herself to set. So that was probably the problem.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She continued, \u201cShe\u2019d drive herself to set. She had her hair all\u2026\u2019Oh gosh, sorry!\u2019 And everybody thought, \u2018Oh, she\u2019s so cute.\u2019 Yeah. So I had a beef with her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, the \u201cDevil Wears Prada\u201d star remembered not everything was bad as she said, \u201cWhen we get to the scene and we just do the scene all silly and fabulous, me with Goldie, we just laughed.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <span class=\"credit\">Universal Pictures<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <span class=\"credit\">\u00a9Universal\/Courtesy Everett Collection<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cWe just had a lot of fun. And she\u2019s the best laugher in America, really. She laughs like, \u2018Ahahaha!\u2019 And then they have to stop shooting. But that part was fun.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She also clarified that there is no actual beef between them, gushing that Hawn is \u201cone of her buddies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOver the years, we\u2019ve had some laughs about that movie because people love it. I thought it was like a documentary on Beverly Hills,\u201d she added after talking about how much she \u201cloves\u201d the \u201cOverboard\u201d actress. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <span class=\"credit\">WireImage<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <span class=\"credit\">Kevin Mazur\/Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cDeath Becomes Her\u201d follows a violent feud between actress Madeline (Streep) and her former friend Helen (Hawn) as they fight over a plastic surgeon (Bruce Willis). <\/p>\n<p>Talking about their other co-star Bruce Willis, Streep said, \u201cOh, Bruce was divine.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI guess he was a bad boy on certain sets, and came with a little reputation for being difficult, but we had so much fun with him. He was such a gent, and so game, and willing to be ridiculous.
