The charge was dropped two days later.<\/p>\n<p>According to a police report <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/06\/01\/thais-ramone-patrick-mendes-allegations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">obtained by TMZ <\/a>Monday, Ramone\u2019s arrest occurred after Mendes called police and claimed she \u201cslapped him on the left side of his face with an open right hand\u201d at her home.<\/p>\n<p>Mendes said the argument, which occurred two days after he served her with divorce papers, was triggered when he brought their 3-year-old daughter, Aleesi, to say goodbye to her since she was leaving for Brazil, her home country.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201c90 Day Fianc\u00e9\u201d star Patrick Mendes called police on May 22 and claimed his now-estranged wife, Thais Ramone, slapped him in the face. In one pic, she laid on a bed in a skintight black minidress with a cake which read \u201cSpicy 30.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>However, Ramone\u2019s battery charge was dropped two days later.
