data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Vickrum Digwa, his brother and father are to appear in court to face multiple weapons charges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The 23-year-old, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of 18-year-old Henry Nowak in Southampton, faces six counts of possessing an offensive weapon in a private place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The alleged weapons are a flick knife, an extendable baton, knuckledusters, a machete, swords and kusaris.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">His father Moga Singh, 52, and brother Gurpreet Digwa, 27, both of St Denys Road, Southampton, Hampshire, face the same charges, while Gurpreet faces four additional charges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">These are possessing an offensive weapon, an asp, in a public place, possessing a prohibited weapon, an air rifle, possessing an axe in a public place, and possessing a knife, a kirpan, in a public place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">All of the offences are dated December 4, 2025 \u2013 the day after the incident in which Mr Nowak was killed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The three defendants are set to appear at Southampton Magistrates\u2019 Court on
