Two days after her birth, she was diagnosed with VSD, a hole in the wall that separates the lower chambers of the heart, <a href=\"https:\/\/my.clevelandclinic.org\/health\/diseases\/17615-ventricular-septal-defects-vsd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">per the Cleveland Clinic<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Williams\u2019 family created a now-defunct GoFundMe, saying that Estelle underwent an \u201cextremely difficult and delicate open-heart surgery at just 11 weeks old.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In December 2025, the infant was placed on life support after going into cardiac arrest.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Williams and her husband, Conner (seen above with his family), welcomed Estelle in September 2025. <span class=\"credit\">connor williams\/ instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Two days after her birth, Estelle was diagnosed with a ventricular septal defect (VSD). <span class=\"credit\">estee williams\/ instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>That same month, the baby underwent another open-heart surgery and was discharged from the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Williams said her daughter was Status 1A for a heart transplant, which is the highest medical urgency category on the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) pediatric heart transplant waiting list.<\/p>\n<p>However, in April, Estelle was taken off the top of the transplant list due to her ongoing health complications.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was a bummer since we were at the top of the list in the Northeast.
