Biermann also <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/article\/kim-zolciak-kroy-biermann-kids\/\">adopted Zolciak\u2019s two daughters<\/a> from before their 2011 marriage: Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24.<\/p>\n<p>Besides accusing the Bravolebrity of neglect, Biermann reportedly claimed that Zolciak \u201cacts in ways that are harmful to the children and contrary to their best interests\u201d in his emergency motion as well.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Zolciak and Biermann (pictured here together with their kids in an interest of the children,\u201d the former Atlanta Falcon wrote. \u201cThis constitutes neglect of the minor children and is harmful to the progress and healing of the family unit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>His estranged wife\u2019s lawyer, meanwhile, slammed the retired football star\u2019s neglect allegations as \u201cunwarranted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[Biermann\u2019s] decision to file this motion lacks factual support and is unwarranted,\u201d Zolciak\u2019s attorney told TMZ last week. \u201cWe will address these claims in the proper legal forum and will vigorously defend the truth in court, rather than through public discourse.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The former couple (pictured together here in 2017) tied the href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/06\/parents\/kim-zolciak-one-step-closer-to-ending-custody-battle-with-kroy-biermann\/\">ugly custody battle<\/a> also comes after the retired linebacker requested sole custody of the kids in March.<\/p>\n<p>He <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/30\/celebrity-news\/kim-zolciaks-ex-kroy-biermann-requests-sole-custody-of-kids\/\">cited Zolciak\u2019s alleged \u201cmismanagement of basic parenting responsibilities\u201d<\/a> and claimed she left the country for weeks, only utilized her parenting time once between Feb. 26 and March 29, and wasn\u2019t following the terms of their agreed-upon therapy.<\/p>\n<p>Zolciak was ultimately <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/03\/parents\/kim-zolciak-stripped-of-custody-until-she-completes-therapy\/\">stripped of custody until she completed<\/a> four court-ordered parent therapy
