She then showed them scratch marks that left \u201credness\u201d on her chest, and she accused Haruvi of scratching and hitting her, according to a police report. The police arrested Haruvi and he was charged with misdemeanor battery.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, Haruvi sued Stephenson, accusing her and her son Jonathan Stephenson of fabricating the assault claims, and accusing Giovanna\u2019s mom of \u201cfalsely reporting to the police\u201d that Haruvi planned to kidnap the kids.<\/p>\n<p>The couple\u2019s prenup gave Giovanna $8,000,000 in cash \u201cplus 100 percent of the marital home free and clear of debt\u201d if Haruvi was found guilty of \u201cany battery that qualifies as a misdemeanor of the first degree or greater,\u201d or \u201cif he is guilty of kidnapping or other crimes.\u201d The couple\u2019s primary residence was worth approximately $50 million in 2021, so she was set to receive nearly $60 million in assets if he had committed battery or kidnapping, according to Haruvi\u2019s lawsuit.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The couple\u2019s mansion is four blocks from President Donald Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago estate. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/giovanaharuvi<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Haruvi was not invited to Giovana\u2019s son\u2019s wedding.  <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/giovanaharuvi<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A source close to the situation told The Post at the time that a divorce could force Haruvi to sell his stake in his and his brother\u2019s $200 million New York real estate empire because \u201che does not have a lot of cash lying around.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We caught wind that the couple were back together because it was \u201cthe talk of the wedding\u201d when  Jonathan married Kelly Hennessy last month. Social types Hilary Musser, Jane Scher, Lee Majors and \u201ctons of billionaires\u201d were in attendance, according to a source. <\/p>\n<p>But despite Giovana\u2019s reconciliation with her alleged abuser, Haruvi wasn\u2019t there to watch the happy couple cut the cake. \u201cAbe wasn\u2019t invited because he filed the lawsuit against her and John,\u201d said our source.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The couple pictured at Mar-a-Lago with Tina Louise during happier times in 2010.  <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Giovana said \u201clove, children, and family\u201d brought them back together.  <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/giovanaharuvi<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m back with him. I don\u2019t want to cause a problem,\u201d she told us. Giovana told us they\u2019ve been back together for \u201cover a year\u201d and attributed their reconciliation to \u201clove, children and family.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s still taking me to court. It\u2019s strange.
