(A still from the show is seen above.) <span class=\"credit\">\u00a9CBS\/Courtesy Everett Collection<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Krumholtz will soon be seen in <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/29\/entertainment\/supergirl-tracking-data-sparks-concern-after-milly-alcock-mocks-christian-dad-critics\/\">\u201cSupergirl\u201d<\/a> and in the New York City Center revival of \u201cAre You Now or Have You Ever Been,\u201d which uses original transcripts of famous faces forced to appear before the 1940s House Committee on Un-American Activities hearings.<\/p>\n<p>During these hearings, artists were harangued and pressured to admit their affiliation with the Communist Party and name other party members.<\/p>\n<p>Krumholtz plays comedy writer Abe Burrows, who wrote \u201cGuys and Dolls\u201d and was the father of famed TV director James Burrows. I need it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Krumholtz said he \u201cdidn\u2019t blame\u201d Abe, but explained, \u201cHe didn\u2019t do a very good job at being opaque about his desire to get the hell out of trouble.
