is claiming in a new lawsuit that she was mistreated by staff members while working under the reality star.<\/p>\n<p>In the suit, Soto, who said she started working with Jenner, 28, in May 2019, claimed she was not given meal and rest breaks for the first few years of her job.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Kylie Jenner (seen class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Juana Delgado Soto filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles on Wednesday, according to court documents obtained by Page Six (Jenner is pictured above). <span class=\"credit\">kylie jenner\/ instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Soto alleged in the docs she was treated even worse once Itzel Sibrian,\u00a0who she\u2019s also suing, became her direct supervisor in late 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Sibrian mocked Soto\u2019s foreign accent and perceived immigration status and called her stupid, Soto claimed, noting that she filed a complaint to HR which got Sibrian temporarily removed from his position.<\/p>\n<p>But when Sibrian was reinstated, he allegedly retaliated against Soto by reducing her hourly pay from $41.66 to $35, assigning unreasonable workloads and changing her schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Soto also claimed that when she tried to leave work on her birthday, Sibrian threatened to fire her and allegedly told her, \u201cNo one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Soto ended up staying late and missed her own surprise party, she said in the docs.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>In the docs, Soto said her supervisor, who she\u2019s also suing, mocked her foreign accent, immigration status and race and called her stupid. <span class=\"credit\">kylie jenner\/ instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Soto also alleged that she wasn\u2019t allowed to leave work on her birthday because Jenner (seen above) was \u201chaving a dinner.\u201d  <span class=\"credit\">kyliejenner\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Elsewhere in the lawsuit, Soto claimed she was also mistreated by housekeeping supervisors Patsy and Elsy, who are named in <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/21\/celebrity-news\/kylie-jenner-sued-by-former-housekeeper-for-alleged-bullying-and-discrimination-by-staff\/\">another former housekeeper\u2019s lawsuit against Jenner.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Soto claimed that in March 2025 the pair denied her request for time off to grieve her brother\u2019s sudden death.<\/p>\n<p>Patsy and Elsy, according to Soto, also allegedly \u201cwhispered that [Soto] was lying about her brother\u2019s death and kept forcing her to pick up trash they purposely threw on the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When Soto \u201cbroke down in tears and tried to tried to obtain water,\u201d the staff members allegedly told her she wasn\u2019t allowed to \u201cdrink Kylie\u2019s water.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Soto said that she eventually wrote a letter to Jenner (pictured above) that outlined the abusive way she was being treated by the staff. <span class=\"credit\">kyliejenner\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The note to Jenner (pictured above with her cat) allegedly read in part: \u201cI need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">kylie jenner\/ instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>That same month, Soto\u2019s supervisors allegedly refused to let her take off work to attend her brother\u2019s funeral mass.<\/p>\n<p>Soto claimed that in April 2025 she \u201cwrote a long letter\u201d to Jenner detailing the harassment, discrimination and retaliation and put it on Jenner\u2019s massage bed. <\/p>\n<p>The letter allegedly read: \u201cI need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused\u201d and \u201cI really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn\u2019t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The following day, Soto allegedly was threatened with being fired and told to never contact the \u201cKardashians\u201d star again and that \u201cKylie doesn\u2019t give a s\u2013t about you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Soto claimed that after leaving the letter for Jenner, the staff \u201cintensified their retaliatory conduct\u201d against her, including by restricting her bathroom access, forcing her to clean the doghouse and forbidding her from drinking water in Jenner\u2019s home.<\/p>\n<p>Soto was also allegedly told she couldn\u2019t \u201clook at Kylie\u201d or \u201csmile at Kylie,\u201d and that if she saw Jenner, she\u2019d have to \u201cdisappear.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>But Soto claimed she was threatened with termination and cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off, I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me.
