In video captured by a concert-goer, the guard held up both hands backwards as she recorded Wallen singing<\/p>\n<p>Wallen first gestured to the phone before walking away, then came back and ripped the phone out of the guard\u2019s hand. He then dramatically threw it across the stage.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Morgan Wallen took a cellphone out of a security guard\u2019s hand during his show in Pittsburgh Friday and threw it across the stage. <span class=\"credit\">TikTok\/jcroo419<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The country singer didn\u2019t appear happy to be recorded. <span class=\"credit\">TikTok\/jcroo419<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>According to TikTok user jcroo419, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@jcroo419\/video\/7648373212270677262?lang=en&amp;q=j.%20croo&amp;t=1780874530811\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posted a video <\/a>of the incident, a fan gave her phone to the guard to hand to Wallen, who then \u201claunched it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI get it\u2026 security should be doing security things, but\u2026.,\u201d the user wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Wallen, 33, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/07\/celebrity-news\/morgan-wallen-addresses-nonsense-rumors-after-abruptly-canceling-pittsburgh-show\/\">abruptly canceled his next night\u2019s show in Pittsburgh<\/a> Saturday, but said it was due to the weather and not any \u201cnonsense\u201d rumors about him.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-tiktok wp-block-embed-tiktok\"\/>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Wallen, seen here performing in September 2022, has been making headlines for his behavior on his \u201cStill the Problem\u201d tour. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images,<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThis morning, my team walked on the bus and told me they had been consulting with local officials and that I should cancel my show in Pittsburgh tonight and I said, \u2018Why?\u2019\u201d he said in a video posted to his Instagram Stories.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey said that there was going to be strong winds in the area, and I said, \u2018OK.\u2019 So, that is what I did in that moment, and I trusted my team,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n<p>Wallen explained that he had a large stage that \u201ccould become fatal\u201d to people around it given the conditions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been seeing a lot of nonsense about me that is simply not true, and I just wanted to clear the air,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>He abruptly canceled his show Saturday in Pittsburgh but said in an Instagram Stories video that it was due to windy conditions, and not any \u201cnonsense\u201d rumors surrounding him. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@morganwallen<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Days before, Wallen had a meltdown on-stage while performing in Denver, when he flipped over a piano and broke it after the piano appeared to malfunction. He then sarcastically joked about it in a TikTok video one day later (seen here). <span class=\"credit\">Morgan Wallen\/TikTok<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The cancelation came just days after Wallen had an on-stage meltdown during his performance in Denver.
