De Niro retains ownership of the historic property beloved by <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/26\/lifestyle\/unearthing-secrets-from-jfk-jr-and-carolyn-bessettes-date-nights-at-their-favorite-nyc-restaurants\/\">stars like John F. Kennedy Jr., <\/a>Bruce Springsteen and Nelson Mandela. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMario, Jeff, and I had been eyeing that space when I happened to cross paths with Bob,\u201d Torrisi said of De Niro. \u201cWe talked about the vision. He got it immediately. And just like that, together, we made it real.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Their new venture has not yet been named.
