accused of leaking a nude photo of Charlotte MacInnes <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/18\/society\/rebel-wilson-only-making-things-worse-in-complex-bitter-lawsuits-over-the-deb-source\/\">in her explosive defamation court battle<\/a> with the \u201cDeb\u201d actress.<\/p>\n<p>MacInnes made the shocking allegation last Friday when she and Wilson, 46, appeared in a Sydney court for the defamation case, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/tvandshowbiz\/38980156\/rebel-wilson-nuts-abusive-nude-leaks-co-star\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to the Sun<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cNorth Shore\u201d actress reportedly claimed in a sworn statement that Wilson hired someone to hack her Snapchat account three days after MacInnes filed her defamation lawsuit against the \u201cPitch kind of anxiety,\u201d MacInnes, 27, alleged in her sworn statement. \u201cI was not myself for some time after.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>MacInnes\u2019 boyfriend, Carlo Boumouglbay, also weighed in and claimed his girlfriend was \u201cfearful\u201d because she thought Wilson was \u201cmonitoring her at all times.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe was fearful for her safety and felt vulnerable,\u201d Boumouglbay said, per the Sun. \u201cRebel\u2019s posts were really getting to her and breaking her down.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter allegation that she hacked MacInnes\u2019 Snapchat and leaked a nude photo of the actress to all her contacts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat is absolutely an outrageous statement to make in court, that I moonlight as a hacker,\u201d the \u201cBridesmaid\u201d star, who <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/07\/17\/entertainment\/rebel-wilson-supported-by-the-deb-cast-after-defamation-lawsuit\/\">directed and also co-starred in \u201cThe Deb\u201d<\/a> with MacInnes, replied.<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere during the pair\u2019s explosive court battle, MacInnes accused Wilson of hiring a public relations organization called the Agency Group to smear \u201cThe Deb\u201d producer Amanda Ghost and her husband, Gregor Cameron, in August 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Although Wilson was said to have denied employing the Agency Group, it was revealed that her former lawyer had reportedly made a written agreement stating Wilson agreed to pay the firm $25,000 per month.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter actress, per the Sun.<\/p>\n<p>MacInnes <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/10\/27\/entertainment\/rebel-wilson-uneasy-over-alleged-power-imbalance-between-actor-and-producer-on-her-film-court-docs\/\">sued Wilson for defamation<\/a> in September 2025 over allegations that the \u201cIsn\u2019t It Romantic\u201d star damaged her character by alleging she was sexually harassed by Ghost and then <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/20\/celebrity-news\/rebel-wilson-slammed-as-a-bully-in-defamation-court-battle\/\">accusing the pair of colluding to cover it up<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged sexual harassment was reportedly connected to an incident in 2023 when MacInnes and Ghost bathed together following a swim at Bondi Beach.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image MacInnes told her she was uncomfortable during the bathing incident and alleged that MacInnes withdrew her complaint after Ghost offered her career opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe central issue for determination in this case is this: whether Ms. MacInnes reported to Ms. Wilson that she\u2019d been asked by Ms. Ghost to shower and bathe with her and whether she said it made it feel uncomfortable and whether she later changed her story,\u201d the comedian\u2019s lawyer, Dauid Sibtain, said during the nine-day trial.<\/p>\n<p>Wilson, meanwhile, is also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/07\/12\/entertainment\/rebel-wilson-sued-for-defamation-by-deb-producers\/\">facing a defamation lawsuit<\/a>\u00a0from \u201cDeb\u201d producers Ghost, Cameron and
