It\u2019s described as \u201cif Hooters were designed for women.\u201d The official release date of the show hasn\u2019t been announced yet.<\/p>\n<p>Gosselaar has been a long-time practicer of Jiu-Jitsu. Last January, he talked about maintaining his impressive physique during his appearance on \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=WCJikpAuQPc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Sackhoff Show\u201d podcast<\/a>, sharing that he prioritized sleeping well and nutrition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t eat as much as I used to,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019ve gotten to the point where I just eat really good foods when I want to and I don\u2019t feel so, \u2018oh my gosh, I didn\u2019t get my protein in after my workout.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Gosselaar was promoting his new TV series, \u201cBulges.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">thefilmtripper\/tiktok<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The Canadian workplace comedy is about the staff at an all-male restaurant in Niagara Falls. <span class=\"credit\">thefilmtripper\/tiktok<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>He also said he does cold plunging to bring down inflammation after exercising, and is adamant about going in the sauna every night before he goes to bed.<\/p>\n<p>Gosselaar has been married to his wife, Catriona McGinn, since July 2012. They share two kids together: Dekker, 12, and Lachlyn, 9.
