When Tom Sandoval was caught cheating on long-term girlfriend Ariana Madix<\/a> with their mutual friend Raquel Leviss in 2023, the term \u201cScandoval\u201d was coined \u2014 and Madix catapulted<\/a> from \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d cast member to \u201cLove Island USA\u201d host<\/a>, Broadway star<\/a>, second runner-up on \u201cDancing with the Stars\u201d<\/a> and scripted series actress.<\/p>\n
