The 2010 series continues McGovern&#8217;s penchant for anthology dramas, following in the footsteps of earlier works including The Street and Moving On.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Outlining the concept behind the series, McGovern said: &#8220;In the time it takes to climb the steps to the court we tell the story of how the accused came to be here. We see the crime and we see the punishment.
