You are an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend amongst many other things,\u201d Tom, 48, gushed in the caption.<\/p>\n<p>The football star added that what makes him \u201cthe happiest,\u201d is how Jack shows up when no one is watching.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe love you give our family, and the fact that you still let me win in 1v1 every once in a while,\u201d Tom said about some of the things he loves most about his son.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Exes Tom Brady and Bridgten Moynahan reunited for their son Jack\u2019s graduation. Be yourself. And know your family and friends are always right behind you cheering the loudest because you do the same for everybody else! We love you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other images in the carousel include Tom smiling for the camera alongside Jack and his two younger children: Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, whom the former Patriots star shares with ex-wife Gisele B\u00fcndchen, 45.<\/p>\n<p>Tom and Moynahan, 55, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/entertainment\/tom-brady-bridget-moynahan-relationship-timeline\/\">first debuted their romance in in 2004<\/a>, before breaking up in 2006. <\/p>\n<p>\u201c[They] amicably ended their three-year relationship several weeks ago,\u201d a rep for the model confirmed in December of that year. \u201cWe ask for your respect and consideration of their privacy. They\u2019re seen here with Jack in a throwback social media photo.   <span class=\"credit\">gisele\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p>At that point, Tom had already\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/article\/tom-brady-gisele-bundchen-relationship-timeline\/\">moved on with B\u00fcndchen<\/a>, whom he <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/article\/tom-brady-gisele-bundchen-relationship-timeline\/\">went on to tie the knot with in 2009<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, while chatting with Vanity Fair, the supermodel said\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/03\/22\/gisele-bundchen-bridget-moynahan-relationship-was-roller-coaster\/\">Moynahan\u2019s pregnancy was a \u201cchallenge\u201d<\/a>\u00a0in her relationship with Brady but eventually \u201cawakened [her] \u2026 desire of being a mom.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For her part, Moynahan\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2015\/10\/19\/tom-bradys-ex-marries-in-the-hamptons\/\">married businessman Andrew Frankel<\/a>\u00a0in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, the \u201cLas Vegas\u201d alum gushed about her and Tom\u2019s ability to co-parent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe both found partners that not only supported us in raising that child, but also loved our child as if he was their own,\u201d she\u00a0told People at the time. \u201cI don\u2019t think you can ask for more than that.
