revelation in the \u201cTravis Barker: Louder Than Fear\u201d documentary, which <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/14\/celebrity-news\/kourtney-kardashian-and-travis-barker-make-first-red-carpet-appearance-together-in-more-than-two-years\/\">premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival<\/a> on Saturday night.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we lost the baby, we were devastated,\u201d Kardashian said in the documentary, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/news\/travis-barkers-ex-shanna-moakler-makes-surprise-cameo-in-doc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">per Us Weekly<\/a>. \u201cWe cried for explained that the Poosh creator got pregnant six months after their <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/article\/kourtney-kardashian-travis-barker-relationship-timeline\/\">relationship began<\/a> in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Kardashian and Barker \u2014 who <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/05\/22\/kourtney-kardashian-and-travis-barker-have-another-wedding-in-italy\/\">wed in May 2022<\/a>\u2014 learned they were expecting a girl and wanted to name her Tulip. <\/p>\n<p>However, at a doctor\u2019s appointment at the three-month mark, the duo were told their baby no longer had a get pregnant, which included five <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/05\/04\/kourtney-kardashian-proudly-shows-off-ivf-body-in-bikini\/\">in vitro fertilization attempts<\/a> over the span of eight months.<\/p>\n<p>In May 2023, she and Barker <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/05\/25\/why-kourtney-kardashian-and-travis-barker-are-officially-done-with-ivf\/\">declared they were \u201cofficially done\u201d with IVF <\/a>and wanted to conceive naturally.<\/p>\n<p>The following month, Kardashian <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/06\/17\/kourtney-kardashian-pregnant-expecting-baby-with-travis-barker\/\">announced her pregnancy<\/a> during the drummer\u2019s Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>As her partner performed onstage, the reality star held up a sign reading, \u201cTravis I\u2019m pregnant.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image their baby boy at a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/06\/25\/inside-kourtney-kardashian-travis-barkers-gender-reveal-party\/\">rock \u2018n\u2019 roll-themed bash<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>During her pregnancy, Kardashian <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/09\/06\/pregnant-kourtney-kardashian-needed-fetal-surgery-to-save-baby-boys-life\/\">needed \u201curgent fetal surgery\u201d<\/a> to save their little one\u2019s life.<\/p>\n<p>After Kardashian underwent the procedure in September, she\u00a0told her Instagram followers how \u201ceternally grateful\u201d she was for Barker\u2019s support.<\/p>\n<p>The couple <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/11\/04\/parents\/kourtney-kardashian-and-travis-barker-welcome-first-baby-together\/\">welcomed son Rocky<\/a>, now 2, in November
