Scott Fitzgerald,\u00a0Winston Churchill,\u00a0Jean Cocteau,\u00a0Aristotle Onassis and more. It features the 3-Michelin-starred Le Louis XV Alain Ducasse and has a terrace, gardens and several banquet halls.<\/p>\n<p>De Almeida, 37, told us, \u201cWe\u2019re excited about our wedding in Monaco and to be welcoming our second child. My life is like a dream come true.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Paulson tells us, \u201cWe chose Monaco because it\u2019s ultra-sophisticated and elegant. It\u2019s the creme de la creme of Europe. All our friends are going to love\u00a0going there.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The pair confirmed they are expecting a second child and that they will wed in Monaco. <span class=\"credit\">Patrick McMullan via Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>De Almeida is from Montclair, NJ and completed her residency and clinical nutrition rotations at Columbia and Cornell NY Presbyterian Hospital, according to her nutrition consulting website,\u00a0effective-lifestyle.com.\u00a0She also has experience as a\u00a0weight-loss coach in hospitals and private practice.<\/p>\n<p>The Wall Street titan \u2014\u00a0who famously made $20 billion betting against the housing market before the 2008 crash \u2014\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/04\/09\/society\/billionaire-john-paulson-is-engaged-to-fitness-influencer-alina-de-almeida-while-still-in-bitter-divorce\/\">de Almeida got engaged<\/a> in April 2024 after three years of dating.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>De Almedia<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/08\/08\/society\/billionaire-john-paulsons-fiancee-alina-de-almeida-pregnant\/\"> told us previously\u00a0how <\/a>much she wanted a family and said, \u201cI\u00a0know John will make a great father.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>They welcomed their first child, a daughter, in February 2025. <span class=\"credit\">Patrick McMullan via Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cJohn\u00a0is just a wonderful partner,\u201d\u00a0de Almeida told us in 2025. \u201cHe brings out the best in me. He pushed me to the next level with my career. He is very supportive, very patient and caring.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Paulson,\u00a0who\u2019s worth at least $4.7 billion,\u00a0separated from his ex Jenny in 2021. They finalized their divorce in May <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/06\/society\/john-paulson-and-ex-wife-jenny-paulson-settle-divorce-after-bitter-court-battle\/\">in a private settlement<\/a> after a bitter court battle.
