Forget about everybody else. There\u2019s nobody to blame here except yourself in a certain way. \u2026 What are you doing? What do you have going on?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She appeared to subtly reference Affleck, whom she <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/08\/20\/entertainment\/jennifer-lopez-and-ben-affleck-divorcing-after-2-years-of-marriage\/\">split from in 2024<\/a>, by acknowledging that sometimes \u201cpeople don\u2019t behave in a way that\u2019s not great\u201d \u2014 and joking she could share details with the podcast co-hosts Jason Bateman, Will Arnett and Sean Hayes \u201cover a glass of wine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lopez noted that she used to \u201cattract \u2026 certain things\u201d into her life, adding, \u201cWhether people outside knew it or not, I felt like my life blew up in my own face.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <span class=\"credit\">jennifer lopez \/ instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <span class=\"credit\">jlo\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Lopez, notably, was first <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/article\/jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-relationship-timeline\/\">engaged to Affleck<\/a>, 53, between 2002 and 2004, with the duo reuniting in 2021 and <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/07\/17\/jennifer-lopez-and-ben-affleck-get-married-in-las-vegas\/\">tying the knot<\/a> the following year.<\/p>\n<p>Since <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/05\/16\/entertainment\/jennifer-lopez-likes-post-about-unhealthy-relationships-amid-ben-affleck-marital-woed\/\">calling it quits<\/a> from her \u201cGigli\u201d co-star, Lopez has looked inward and studied \u201cpatterns\u201d in her <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/article\/jennifer-lopezs-7-husbands-boyfriends-and-fiances\/\">past relationships<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was able to go back to that little girl [I once was] and really look at her,\u201d the performer noted. \u201cAnd just kind of going like, \u2018You did this. You did all of this. Give yourself a little f\u2013king something. A little love! I feel like the journey is little puzzle pieces that you fit in little by little as you sit there \u2026 and go, \u2018It\u2019s me.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The actress went on to rave over how genuinely \u201chappy\u201d she now is.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe past 20 years have been this one thing, the past five years have been a tumult and the last two have been kind of the healing process from that tumult where I really got to know myself,\u201d she said. \u201cThe person I am today is so different from the person I was even two years ago.
