with her husband, Joseph Duggar, as his child molestation trial approaches.<\/p>\n<p>Kendra\u2019s family had been staying in the home before they <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/20\/celebrity-news\/kendra-duggar-cut-off-her-parents-as-husband-josephs-legal-battle-rages-on-report\/\">claimed they were asked to vacate<\/a> the property after their daughter and Joseph\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/23\/celebrity-news\/see-joseph-duggars-wife-kendras-arrest-video-for-alleged-child-endangerment-charges\/\">arrests a property that contains other homes which Joseph and Kendra rent out for short-term stays. <\/p>\n<p>While they have listed one of their properties for sale, they are also renting out another home.<\/p>\n<p>Kendra had discussed turning the home into a rental property by listing some of the family\u2019s belongings for sale and moving out during a March 25 jail phone call, <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/kendra-duggar-turned-home-rental-selling-belongings-husband-josephs-bond-11942807\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">per People<\/a>. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The couple are also renting out another home for a steady stream of income in case Joseph goes to prison. <span class=\"credit\">littleduggarfamily\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>They had discussed their mounting financial woes in a jail phone call back in March. <span class=\"credit\">littleduggarfamily\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>During the conversation, the couple debated selling off their possessions to make money amid their legal woes, including multiple trailers on their property.<\/p>\n<p>The phone call additionally revealed that the pair have mounting bills and owe someone named Gale thousands of dollars.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The conversation revealed they owe various contractors aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>In a desperate attempt to make money for their four children (three of which pictured here) they have already sold off many of their belongings. <span he owns.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe continued no contact order in its present form is causing issues with the Defendant being able to maintain the properties listed herein,\u201d he explained in court papers.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Joseph was arrested on child molestation charges on March 18 in Florida. <span class=\"credit\">Bay County Sheriff&#8217;s Office<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>He was\u00a0charged\u00a0with lewd and lascivious behavior involving a victim younger than the age of 12 and lewd and lascivious behavior\u00a0conducted by a person 18. <span class=\"credit\">Bay County Sheriff&#8217;s Office<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>He clarified he is \u201cnot requesting contact with the alleged victim\u201d or to be \u201cwithin 500 feet of the alleged victim.\u201d The former TLC star claimed the alleged victim has \u201cabandoned the property\u201d previously listed in the no contact order.
