Clark\u00a0ruled that the \u201c19 Kids and Counting\u201d alum can have supervised contact with his and Kendra Duggar\u2019s four kids during a virtual appearance in a Bay County, Florida, courtroom Tuesday, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/joseph-duggar-appears-in-court-3-months-after-arrest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Us Weekly reported.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The reality TV star has not been able to see his children since he was arrested on molestation charges in March.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Joseph Duggar (seen here in his mugshot on March 18) has been granted supervised visitation with his kids during a court hearing for his child molestation case.  <span class=\"credit\">Washington County Sheriff&#8217;s Office<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Duggar (seen here in court last month) appeared virtually in Bay County, Florida court Tuesday.  <span class=\"credit\">Bay County Sheriff&#8217;s Office<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>His attorney, Albert Sauline, argued that the language in a previous motion banning him from contact with minors made it so he couldn\u2019t see his kids. The attorney reportedly claimed it was \u201ca little unusual\u201d for Joseph to be prohibited from seeing his kids when they are not the alleged victims in the case. <\/p>\n<p>Joseph also requested to amend a motion banning him from being within 500 feet of the alleged victim\u2019s former Florida home, because he said the ban interferes with his ability to do his work as a landlord in the area.
